MK is a recruiter and musician, among other professional pursuits (teaching, personal assisting) and plenty of hobbies (cooking, crafting, photography, biking, hiking, being a Swiftie, etc).
By day, she works as a recruiter for DebHunters, a boutique recruiting consultancy. She hires across a wide range of industries: tech, IT, financial services, and construction to name some.
By night, she helms the indie-rock band Talon, a queer four-person group based in Brooklyn’s DIY scene. She is the lead singer and songwriter of Talon’s catalogue that brings a modern twist to the 90s sounds of Alanis Morissette, Weezer, and Sheryl Crow.
